1. Provider
Revont is provided by:
Young Hoon Lim (trading as „Mark Lim“) Operating under the Namarix brand Hasenburger Ring 51d 21335 Lüneburg Germany VAT ID: DE458015605 Email: mark@namarix.ai
Namarix is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. The business is a sole proprietorship registered in Lüneburg, Germany, taxed under the general provisions of the German VAT Act (the small-business exemption in § 19 UStG is not applied). Revont is the product name. Revont is not a publicly available self-service product: it is provided only under a written subscription agreement concluded directly with Customer.
2. Service
Revont provides AI-agent content experiences, workspace configuration, knowledge-base ingestion, chat interfaces, conversation analysis, CRM/workflow routing, and related reporting or operational services for B2B customers.
3. Customer Account
Customer is responsible for:
- keeping account credentials secure;
- ensuring only authorized personnel access the service;
- maintaining accurate account and billing information;
- configuring its own workspaces, CRM, webhook, and integration settings lawfully.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
- the content, assets, webinars, podcasts, transcripts, prompts, CRM data, and other materials it provides;
- having the necessary rights to use that content in Revont;
- providing legally required privacy notices to its prospects and users;
- obtaining consent where required for marketing, email, cookies, tracking, or other processing;
- using prospect data lawfully after Revont routes it into Customer's CRM, sales, marketing, or workflow systems;
- not submitting sensitive, regulated, confidential, or special-category data unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Data Processing
Where Revont processes personal data on behalf of Customer, the Data Processing Agreement / AVV applies and forms part of these Terms.
Customer is the controller for its prospect/customer data unless otherwise agreed. Mark Lim / Namarix acts as processor when processing that data under Customer's instructions.
Namarix may process data as an independent controller for its own account administration, security, billing, legal compliance, product analytics, and legally permitted marketing.
Where Customer deploys the Revont assistant on a website it operates, the assistant may collect a visitor's work email address together with the conversation and an AI-generated summary of that conversation, and may deliver them to Customer through the integrations Customer has connected. Customer is the controller for that visitor data. Namarix processes it solely on Customer's documented instructions as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
When a visitor submits a work email address, Namarix runs a company look-up on the domain part of that address only. The look-up uses public web search together with an AI profiler to derive company-level information such as company name, industry, headquarters location, approximate employee count and product line. Namarix does not query personal contact databases or data brokers, and does not look up the visitor's name, job title, seniority, telephone number or social profiles. Free and disposable email domains are excluded. Customer may instruct Namarix in writing to disable this look-up for its workspace.
Customer remains solely responsible for how it uses visitor data after delivery, including any subsequent contact with the visitor. Customer must hold its own legal basis for that contact and must comply with the applicable direct-marketing rules, including Section 7 UWG in Germany and the ePrivacy rules of the relevant Member State. Namarix does not send marketing or follow-up messages to Customer's website visitors.
6. Product Improvement
Namarix may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized usage patterns and product learnings to improve Revont, including prompts, retrieval quality, benchmarks, analytics, search results, product functionality, and messaging.
Namarix will not disclose one customer's identifiable prospect data or confidential customer content to another customer.
7. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or using them in business decisions.
Revont does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
8. Acceptable Use
Customer must not use Revont to:
- violate applicable law;
- send unlawful spam or marketing communications;
- process special-category or sensitive data without written approval;
- upload malware or malicious content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- mislead users about whether they are interacting with an AI agent;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
- use the service to make legally significant automated decisions about individuals without appropriate legal safeguards.
9. Integrations
Customer may connect Revont to third-party systems such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or a webhook endpoint Customer specifies.
Customer is responsible for ensuring it has the right to use those tools and to send data to them. Namarix is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
10. Fees And Payment
Fees, payment terms, taxes, billing cycle, and cancellation rights are set out in the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or subscription checkout.
Customer is responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise required by law.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving the service.
12. Intellectual Property
Customer retains ownership of Customer content.
Namarix retains ownership of Revont, software, workflows, prompts, templates, product designs, analytics methods, know-how, and service improvements.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Revont during the subscription or service term.
13. Security
Namarix uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure. Customer must promptly notify Namarix of suspected unauthorized access.
14. Suspension
Namarix may suspend access if Customer fails to pay, creates security risk, violates these Terms, uses the service unlawfully, or causes material risk to Namarix, other customers, or third parties.
15. Warranties
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, Revont is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namarix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for non-foreseeable losses.
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by Customer for the service during the 2 (two) months before the event giving rise to liability, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory statutory liability.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the applicable order form or subscription terms. Upon termination, Customer access may end, and data will be deleted or returned according to the DPA, retention schedule, and legal requirements.
In accordance with Chapter VI of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the EU Data Act), Customer may terminate for the purpose of switching to another provider or to an on-premises solution on no more than two months' notice. Following termination Namarix provides a transitional period of at least 30 calendar days during which the service remains available for migration, extendable by agreement where a longer period is objectively necessary. During and after that period Namarix will, on request, export Customer's exportable data and digital assets in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and will not impose contractual, commercial, technical or organisational obstacles to switching. Namarix charges no switching or data-egress fees. Customer may request the interoperability information reasonably needed to migrate.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws, if applicable, remain unaffected.
For B2B customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lüneburg, Germany, to the extent legally permitted.
19. Changes
Namarix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means Customer accepts the updated Terms.
